The Job:
We have a great founding engineer opportunity to join an ambitious start-up in the cloud-computing space focusing on virtual GPUs for the development of AI products.
- Serve as the central hub for technical assistance requests from key clients.
- Analyze whether concerns stem from user practices or the product framework, and strategize solutions accordingly.
- Uphold a standard response time of addressing inquiries within an hour.
- Collaborate with Customer Support, Success, and Onboarding units for a smooth customer journey.
- Offer valuable perspectives to product engineering units for feature enhancements and advancements.
