Senior Onboarding Engineer

The Job:

We have a great founding engineer opportunity to join an ambitious start-up in the cloud-computing space focusing on virtual GPUs for the development of AI products.

• Assume complete responsibility for the initiation of new customers, guaranteeing a seamless and effective induction process.
• Facilitate end-to-end customer onboarding independently, striving for a significant conversion rate in-house.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and engineering factions to detect and resolve potential hitches in the onboarding journey.
• Expand the onboarding capacity, potentially spearheading a specialized team for this purpose.
• Encompass the deployment of diverse applications and typical customer challenges.

The Must-Haves:

• Software engineering background
• Great customer-facing skills
• Experience with AI/ML products
• Experience with cloud products
• Great communications skills and ability to work with all kinds of internal and client teams.
