Job description

Job Title: Systems Engineer 
Location: Annapolis Junction, MD
Salary: $137K

The Job:
This opportunity is for a Systems Engineer who will serve as a site Engineer performing remote maintenance and refresh efforts for 8 sites. Travel to sites expected on a yearly basis and Perform daily interaction with partner entities in operational effort. This role is for a leading provider of solutions to IC & DoD entities across the US.

The must-haves:
•  Active TS/SCI FSP clearance
•  2+ years Systems Engineering experience
•  The Engineer will need experience in Linux and Ciena to support with system administration, 
troubleshooting, loading software, configuration of telecom network and software packages.
•  Knowledge of cables and collection systems and how they work as well as understand 
data flow.
