Salary: Up to €90,000
The Job:
As a Satellite Lead Systems Engineer, you will oversee all technical aspects of the project’s system/subsystem throughout its entire lifecycle. You'll have the chance to engage in meaningful work on challenging space projects.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Understanding customer technical requirements, translating them into design and development criteria.
- Ensuring proper requirement follow-up and traceability.
- You will guide and monitor the design/development team from conceptual design to detailed implementation.
- Ensure overall technical coherence, support the project team during technical reviews
- Coordinate and participate in system/subsystem level functional and performance test campaigns.
- Master’s degree in space studies, engineering, electro mechanics, mechatronics, or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in satellite systems engineering is essential, along with at least 5 years in a Technical Lead role.
- Fluency in English.
- Ability to clearly define approaches and objectives.
- Excellent communication skills at all levels.
- Enthusiastic, result-oriented team player.
